Collection Archiving / Consulting:

At Pivot Media, we provide customized digital conversion and archiving solutions. We help our clients transition their picture and art collections into a digital format and encourage simple database solutions to help them manage their collections. We emphasize the importance of creating an "archive foundation" that not only serves their immediate needs, but also anticipates future uses for digital content. Our talented production staff and state-of-the-art facilities allow us to provide specialized services with an emphasis on quality.

In-house archiving: We offer our in-house scanning and direct digital photography services to picture collection administrators, artists, photographers and individuals who have unique and/or ongoing projects. These services are often offered at a discounted rate based on quantity, and include derivative file packages that address our clients' digital content needs.

On-site Archiving: For clients who are unable to bring their collection to our studio, we offer on-site digital photography services. Using our Hasselblad digital camera and Quad-X lighting equipment, we can photograph just about anything at your location. We treat each project as a unique situation and create a custom workflow based on our clients' needs. This service is available as a one-time session or, for larger projects, as an on-going service - several of our clients work with us on a monthly or quarterly basis.
